Sign inHarlen turns scattered context into a ranked morning read, a program draft, and an answer you can interrogate. It brings the evidence. You make the call.
What’s inside
Harlen sees every signal, remembers and reasons over it, then produces the work you would otherwise build by hand. Everything inside points at the same thing: more depth per athlete, less time assembling it.
Every stream of data for every athlete, in one place and read against their own baseline.
Full visualization of each client’s wearable data: recovery, sleep, HRV, load, and more. All read against their own baseline, in one place.
Wearables and apps, from Garmin, Oura, Apple, Polar, Coros, and Withings to MyFitnessPal, and many more.
Log body measurements like waist and arm alongside the wearable data, so progress shows up where it actually matters.
“Travel week, sleep’s been short. Keep volume conservative.”
It holds a memory of each athlete and reasons over it, with the science behind every answer.
Jot or speak a note right after a session. Harlen sorts what you said into events and durable facts and folds them into each client’s memory, so every future read gets sharper.
Ask the research library any training question and Harlen pulls relevant peer-reviewed studies from PubMed. Save them, read them, or hand them to Harlen to apply to a specific client.
Every answer is backed by peer-reviewed research with a near-zero hallucination rate, so you can stand behind every call you make.
It turns all of that into the deliverables you would otherwise build by hand.
Ask for a block and Harlen drafts a detailed, individualized program from that athlete’s physiology, then exports it straight to a spreadsheet.
Harlen drafts progress reports and check-in messages you can hand straight to a client. Proof they’re improving, written in your voice.

What other software gets wrong
Most analysis reads every athlete through a male baseline. So when a woman’s recovery markers swing across her cycle, HRV especially, the software flags it as chaos or overreaching.
It isn’t chaos. It’s a structured, hormonal rhythm. Harlen will read those markers in the context of the cycle, so normal monthly variation won’t be mistaken for a problem, and the calls you make for your female athletes will actually be right.
