What other software gets wrong

Built for women’s physiology, not just men’s.

Most analysis reads every athlete through a male baseline. So when a woman’s recovery markers swing across her cycle, HRV especially, the software flags it as chaos or overreaching.

It isn’t chaos. It’s a structured, hormonal rhythm. Harlen will read those markers in the context of the cycle, so normal monthly variation won’t be mistaken for a problem, and the calls you make for your female athletes will actually be right.
